Products without labels cannot be returned.
Pack the goods as you received them in the original box / package with all the accompanying equipment and tags. Do not tape anything on the original packaging / box and put the goods in another package on which you can write the return address. Please pack the goods well so that the goods are don't get damaged in transport.
Return-shipping is paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated in the return conditions of their country.
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery, but we extended this period to 30 days. After the 30 day period ends, we are no longer able to process the refund.
By law, the customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days, but with us it is 30 days. However, the goods must be unworn, undamaged, with all the original tags/ labels attached, as received by the customer. We have to be able to re-sell the goods, otherwise we have the right to refuse the return.
If you want to exchange the products, please place a new order and send us the unwanted product back. We do not exchange the products, we always refund the money.
The returned item must be in its original condition, unused and in the original packaging, with the corresponding product labels.
Products that shows signs of use will be return to the customer.

The customer sends a complaint at his own expense, if the complaint is accepted, the customer has the right to request a refund of postage.
If you have received damaged goods or goods that are different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt. We will organize a pick-up with the courier, on our own expense, and we will refund your money.
