I have a question about a particular product (when a new model will be released, present/ future availability (watchdog), size, specifications etc.).

You can either ask directly under a specific product or contact our customer service.

If you are interested in when the size that is not currently available will be in stock, please use the "Notify me" feature. Just click on the unavailable size and enter your email address. In case there is stock, the system will send you a notification that the size is available again.

The price of a product changed - why is that and can I have a different price?

Our system changes prices every day according to the market, so it can happen that the price changes between days. We do not adjust the price later, the one on the website on the day of the order applies.

I want to make a pre-order, is it possible?

Pre-order can only be made if we list this option directly on the website for the product.

Do you sell original goods?
